Winter Workshop Series

for a Sustainable Holiday

at the Discovery Center, 338 N. Main St., Fort Bragg

Let’s make sustainability and conscious consumption a new holiday tradition.

Did you know? Americans produce 25% more trash from Thanksgiving to New Years than any other time of the year. This amounts to an extra 1 million tons per week!

We can reduce this statistic.

Join us for workshops and events throughout the holiday season to make your own cards and wrapping paper, ornaments, toys, and more. We’re hoping to inspire less plastic use and provide opportunities to create and craft in community. We can have meaningful experiences and create new traditions of sustainability and conscious consumption–win-win for all!

Below is a full schedule, and you can click the event for the description.

We do ask for pre-registration for a few of the workshops so please reserve early!
