On Saturday, March 11, we welcome the Seaside String Sisters, a Folk Americana band playing both covers and originals. They find inspiration for their music from artists like Kate Wolf, Gillian Welch, the Avett Brothers and John Prine. They all hail from Mendocino County and will be bringing their guitars, fiddle, banjo, and mandolin to share their music with the Noyo Center’s On the River Music Series. With 3 teachers and a hydrologist represented they look forward to providing music for all ages.
Slack Tide Cafe is open Thursday-Monday, 8am-3pm, with extended hours on Friday & Saturday, 8am-7pm. More information here. No cover. Beer, wine, coffee, weekly specials and our daily menu is available.
Slack Tide Cafe is a project of the Noyo Center for Marine Science, with all proceeds benefiting our education and research programs. Thanks for your support!
